  • Provide high-level administrative support to two C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, seamlessly managing shifting priorities, complex calendars, and cross-functional initiatives, while at times covering up to three executive desks with adaptability, precision, and discretion.

  • Contributed from an admin support point of view to the foundational development of the company’s brand identity, mission, and voice, collaborating closely with leadership during early-stage planning to help define its positioning within the entertainment and television industry.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners on communications, branding, and publicity efforts for both company initiatives and television series, and gaining hands-on experience in media strategy, social media, and PR positioning across talent and content.

  • Assist in developing and executing social media content by writing, curating visual assets, and supporting launches tied to company milestones, leadership visibility, and key events. Also created branded design materials for strategic sponsorships and public-facing initiatives using Photoshop, including decks, and social media graphics.

  • Serve as on-site talent representative at industry events such as the Critics Choice Association’s Celebration of Latino Cinema & Television, supporting red carpet logistics, check-in, photo ops, and real-time coordination to ensure a smooth experience for company-backed talent.

  • Coordinated high-impact partnerships, strategic sponsorships, and executive visibility initiatives across unscripted production studios including Bunim Murray Productions, 51 Minds, Truly Original, and Endemol Shine North America, ensuring alignment with brand values, visibility goals, meaningful industry engagement and curating executive panels that elevated the company’s industry presence.

  • Supported the efforts to align with mission-driven organizations such as Best Buy Teen Tech Center, Group Effort Initiative, Staff Me Up: Coded for Inclusion, and Everywoman Studios and developing either career pipeline partnership, program rollout, participant onboarding, tracking talent placements and amplifying underrepresented voices.

  • Served as point of contact for five new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), supporting Co-Chairs and department heads in developing programming, tracking participation, and driving employee engagement across Endemol Shine North America, Bunim Murray Productions, 51 Minds, Truly Original, Endemol Shine Boomdog, Banijay Mexico & U.S. Hispanic, Endemol Shine Brasil, and A Fabrica.
