Danny Rivas is a Los Angeles–based creative with a passion for storytelling and amplifying underrepresented voices. He currently serves as Executive Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Hyphenate Media Group, supporting high-level strategy and company initiatives across the board.

Prior to that, Danny worked at Banijay Americas as a Coordinator (formerly Endemol Shine North America), where he focused on Inclusion & Social Responsibility helping to build programs and partnerships that bring more diverse talent into the industry. His background includes internships in film, scripted and unscripted television development, and talent management, with roles at ITV America, Good Fear Content, Fabrik Entertainment and Entertainment Lab.

With a strong interest in storytelling, Danny is passionate about helping creatives shape meaningful stories, especially those that reflect culture, authenticity, and fresh perspectives.
