Danny Rivas is an entertainment professional focused on storytelling, creative strategy, and creating opportunities for new voices. He is passionate about helping shape meaningful stories that reflect culture, authenticity, and fresh perspectives.

He currently serves as Coordinator, Strategy & Operations at Hyphenate Media Group, supporting the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer across strategic initiatives, business operations, and company-wide priorities.

Previously, Danny worked at Banijay Americas (formerly Endemol Shine North America) in Enterprise Inclusion & Social Responsibility, where he helped coordinate programs and partnerships focused on expanding access and opportunity for diverse talent across the entertainment industry. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in film, television development, and talent management through internships at ITV America, Good Fear Content, Fabrik Entertainment, and Entertainment Lab.
